Speedy Delivery: We aim to provide 24hrs order processing time. That means, your products will be shipped within 24hrs (excluding weekend and public holidays in Japan) Our products are shipped by EMS courier (International Courier, Track and Trace) for speedy delivery. We now have option for SAL (Small Package) for cheaper shipping. But takes longer and no track & trace service available. 3. Piece of Mind: All of our products are fully insured so just in case your order got lost, damaged or stolen on its way, don't worry. We can claim insurance. (Please note, we may need proof of lost, damaged or stolen products from your EMS carrier in your country (usually your post office) to claim for insurance. But don't be scared by this. We can go through this process with you side by side.) ***PLEASE NOTE*** If you choose to ship your order via SAL (Small Packet), this does not come with any insurance and at your own risk. 4. Quality products and wide range of products on Banzai: We only provide you with quality products. If we don't think the quality of the products are of a high enough standard, we simply do not sell them.
