Pricing Currency Our base currency is US dollars. For your convenience, you can select from most relevant currencies to you. Manufacturers Faults: If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products and we will further investigate the matter. If we find that the item does have a manufacturing fault, then we will provide the replacement / missing parts or credit on Banzai Hobby. Damaged Goods / Missing Items: If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to EMS. You will receive refunds / compensation through EMS as all the products sent using EMS are covered by insurance. Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with EMS, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through EMS. Importing products from Japan If you purchase products from Banzaihobby.com, you are responsible for all the custom procedures and import duties when your order arrives in your country. Banzai Point System Every time you purchase products from us you will receive 1 Banzai Reward Point for every $10 you spend. You require 1,000 Banzai Reward Point before you can redeem them. You will receive $10 credit every 1,000 Banzai Reward Point. You will receive 1 Banzai Reward Point every $10 you spend at Banzai Hobby and you require to correct 100 Banzai Reward Points to purchase.
