Important message regarding Banzai Stock Availability

Although, we aim to have our database accurate and current at all times, there are times when we have oversold products. This occurs as large amount of products are coming and going out everyday. To make it easier to process your order in the case of this event, please select from the 3 options below.

Option1
If any of the products I have ordered are out of stock, please cancel my order and fully refund my money back to my credit card / paypal account immediately.

Option2
Even though some of the products I ordered are out of stock, please process my order and courier the products you do have in stock immediately. Please refund the money (and postage difference) for the items which are not in stock back to my credit card / paypal account.

Option3
I am happy to wait until the out of stock products are back in stock, so you can ship my order all at once. If Banzai Hobby is unable to source any of the out of stock items within 7 days, we will notify you first  and you can decide whether to ship the products without missing item, add alternative products or cancel your order.
