Processing Time: We aim to process your order and ship the products within 24hrs. Generally speaking, if you can place an order before 2PM Japanese time, we can send the products within same day (Exclude Weekends and Japanese Public Holiday)
EMS: All of our products are shipped by EMS Courier (International Courier / Track & Traced)

Insurance: All our products (shipped by EMS) are insured. So if your products get lost, damaged or stolen on its way from our depot to your door, we can claim insurance. (Please note, we may need proof of lost, damaged or stolen products from your EMS carrier in your country (usually your country post office) to claim for insurance. But don't be scared by this. We can go through this process with you hand by hand.)
