Shipping price starts as low as JPY180!

So what is SAL Small Packet?

• SAL Small Packet is basically Economy Air. Please think this as ordinary mail except you have your ordered product in it!!
• They are not prioritized like EMS, however they will be delivered using Air between Japan and your country.
• Generally speaking, it takes approx. 1-3 weeks to deliver the products (Depending on the countries, it may take longer).
• It is significant cheaper compare to EMS however, you cannot track your package and there is no insurance offered.
  

So how do I place an order using SAL Small Packet?

• Simply put the products in to your shopping cart, once you have done, click proceed to check out and it automatically calculate the shipping via SAL (Small Packet) for you. 
• If you cannot see the SAL (Small Packet) option, your selected products are not available to ship using SAL (Small Packet) as SAL (Small Packet) has strict sizing and weight regulation as well as this service if offered to only on certain countries.

Important Notice:
You CAN NOT track your order if you choose to send it via SAL Small Packet.
We will NOT OFFER any insurance, refund or replacement for missing or damaged order.

There are no tracking service or insurance available for this service (Please think this as your ordinary mail) and unfortunately Banzai Hobby (JWWT CO., LTD) cannot accept any claims for missing or damaged products.

Processing Time:
We aim to process your order and ship the products within 24hrs except weekends and public holidays in Japan.

EMS:
EMS Courier comes with insurance and you can track and trace. 
If your products get lost, damaged or stolen on its way from our depot to your door, we can claim insurance. (Please note, we may need proof of lost, damaged or stolen products from your EMS carrier in your country (usually your country post office) to claim for insurance. But don't be scared by this. We can go through this process with you hand by hand.)

Target Delivery Time:

Insurance:
If you choose EMS for your shipping method, your package is insured. So if your products get lost, damaged or stolen on its way from our depot to your door, we can claim insurance. (Please note, we may need proof of lost, damaged or stolen products from your EMS carrier in your country (usually your post office) to claim for insurance. But don't be scared by this. We can go through this process with you side by side.)

If you choose SAL Small Packet, products are not insured and we cannot take any responsibility for loss, damage or stolen package.

Manufacturers Faults:
If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products and we will further investigate the matter.

Damaged Goods / Missing Items:
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to EMS. You will receive refunds / compensation through EMS as all the products sent using EMS are covered by insurance. Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with EMS, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through EMS.

This is not the case with SAL or Via Sea.

Returns:
We accept returns for all of our products, given that it is in brand new condition in its original packaging. Please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products. Please note, we cannot refund the shipping cost and shipping cost back to us is paid by you. Once we received your returned products, then we can refund the money back to your Paypal Account / Credit Card (minus shipping cost).
