-[STEAM] is an education policy that was originally promoted by the United States to enhance competitiveness in science and technology. In Japan, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has released a report on educational policies at schools in Japan from now on [Human resource development for Society 5.0-Change in society, change in learning-] in June 2018 . The document describes the concept of the STEAM area and its introduction policy. It is an abbreviation of Science (Science), Technology (Technology), Engineering (Engineering), Art (Art), and Mathematical (Mathematics), and is called STEAM.
