[Product introduction]
- Ainokaze Toyama Railway Kurikara (Toyama Prefecture) ~ Ichiburi (Niigata Prefecture) series 521 series 1000 series is now available.
- The series 521 series 1000 series is classified as the 1000 series because it was specified as the 3rd train of the JR West 521 series due to the manufacturing period.
- Refreshing light blue and green wave patterns with the motif of the wind are drawn on each side of the car body, and the impression is different depending on the viewing direction.
- A maximum of two trains are combined and operated between Kanazawa (IR Ishikawa Railway) and Tomari, but only two round trips to Itoigawa (Echigo Tokimeki Line) are also available.
- In addition, during the morning and evening on weekdays, it operates between Kanazawa and Tomari as the [Ainokaze Liner] with all seats reserved.

- The prototype is the current form of the AK17 formation (made by Kawasaki)
- Accurately reproduces the front design and refreshing coloring that are different from conventional vehicles
-Two types of fall prevention holo between the top cars (for top and for intermediate connection) can be selected. Intermediate connection is used to avoid interference when connecting the top cars.
-The top part is equipped with a coupler cover + Denren dummy coupler. By replacing it with the attached head connection coupler, it is possible to connect the top cars.
-Mixed coupler (without hook) is used for the intermediate connection
