Cancellation General Policy - BanzaiHobby exclude BanzaiMarket

If your order has not been processed at our warehouse and your payment authorization is not captured, we can cancel your order without any problems.

Once you place an order and we have processed your order, meaning we captured your payment authorization, your order cannot be cancelled.

BanzaiHobby reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a cancellation request or not.

If we need to cancel your order after our payment authorization has been charged, will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price.

Cancellation for Pre-Order items will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price.

Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Should however special circumstances apply, a cancellation is possible and a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from your ordered items' value, the minimum fee being JPY1000. BanzaiHobby reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a cancellation request or not.
