3. Items Must Be Unused & in Original Condition

  • Products must be in the exact condition you received them.

  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.

  • Damaged packaging may result in return refusal.

4. Manufacturing Defects

  • We are not the manufacturer, but we will help communicate with them on your behalf.

  • Important: The manufacturer makes the final decision—not us.

  • If approved by the manufacturer, you typically pay shipping both ways.

  • If the manufacturer denies your claim, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.


BanzaiMarket – Different Rules

  • All BanzaiMarket sales are final.

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds after purchase.

  • In very rare cases before shipment, we may consider cancellation with a 30% restocking fee (minimum ¥1000).


Important Payment & Dispute Notice

  •  By purchasing, you agree to resolve ALL issues directly with us first—not through your bank or payment provider.

    • Filing a chargeback without contacting us violates our policy and will result in:

      • Permanent account suspension

      • Ban from future purchases

      • Possible collection action for recovery costs

Return & Refund Policy

Effective For: BanzaiHobby orders only (BanzaiMarket excluded)
Policy Binding By: Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.


1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

  • No returns, replacements, or refunds will be issued without prior written authorization from BanzaiHobby Support.

  • To request authorization, you must submit a ticket via:
    https://banzaihobby.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Returns initiated without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused and returned to sender at customer’s expense.


2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

A. General Returns (Non-Defective Items)

  • Item must be in original, resalable condition: unused, unassembled, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Any damage to packaging or missing components may result in return refusal or a restocking fee (up to 70%).

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and any loss/damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured service.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method minus any restocking fees within 14 business days of receipt and inspection.

B. BanzaiHobby Error (Wrong/Incorrect Shipment)

  • If we shipped an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item promptly upon receiving the return.

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.


3. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS & WARRANTIES

A. Policy Statement

BanzaiHobby acts as a retailer, not the manufacturer. We facilitate warranty claims but do not guarantee outcomes. The final determination of a defect rests solely with the manufacturer.

B. Claim Process

  1. Report potential defect within 7 days of delivery via support ticket, including:

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos/video demonstrating the defect

  2. If BanzaiHobby, at its discretion, determines the claim is valid for submission:

    • We will forward your claim to the manufacturer.

    • You are responsible for all shipping costs (to us, to manufacturer, and back to you), unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.

  3. Manufacturer’s Decision is Final:

    • If the manufacturer denies the claim, no refund or replacement will be issued by BanzaiHobby.

    • Manufacturer may offer a paid repair service—participation is at the customer’s discretion and cost.

    • Disputing the manufacturer’s decision with your payment provider (chargeback) is a violation of this policy and will result in account termination and blacklisting from future purchases.


4. BANZAI MARKET – STRICT NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All BanzaiMarket sales are final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted after order completion.

  • In exceptional, pre-shipment circumstances only, BanzaiHobby may consider a cancellation request at its sole discretion.

  • If exceptionally approved, a 30% restocking fee (minimum ¥1000) will be deducted from any refund.

  • By purchasing from BanzaiMarket, you explicitly waive any right to cancel.


5. GENERAL PROVISIONS TO PREVENT CHARGEBACKS

A. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support to resolve the issue constitutes fraud and a breach of contract.

  • Upon receipt of a chargeback, this policy will be presented as proof of your agreement to our terms.

  • All accounts associated with a chargeback will be immediately suspended, all pending orders canceled, and the customer will be placed on a permanent no-sale list.

  • We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover costs, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses.

B. Acknowledgement of Terms

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

    1. Read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

    2. Agreed that claims must be resolved directly with BanzaiHobby per these terms, not via payment provider disputes.

    3. Waived any chargeback rights for reasons explicitly outlined here (e.g., manufacturer defect denials, BanzaiMarket sales, unauthorized returns).

C. Modifications

BanzaiHobby reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs your order.
