Please firstly contact us and approve return by our support team from here.
We will look into return request case by case basis.
You must contact us for return request within 7days after delivery.
Exact Condition: Return the items in the exact condition they were received. If the packaging is damaged or missing, we may reject the return.
We offer Return to Base Warranty - exclude BanzaiMarket
Meaning you are responsible for any costs associated to ship back the products to us. Unless return reason is you have received wrong product / order by BanzaiHobby Mistake. In this case, we will cover the shipping cost back to us and resend correct order to you.
Manufacturing Fault - BanzaiHobby - exclude BanzaiMarket
BanzaiHobby is not take any responsibility for manufacturing fault however, we will do our best to communicate with manufacturers and request for a replacement.
Please note, if your items have been used, we are not be able to claim manufacturing fault. Please contact us within 7 days after you received your item and include a detailed description, photos / videos.
Most manufacturers will ask for a return of the product and shipping cost back to us as well as shipping cost back to you is paid by customer. Shipping within Japan is covered by most manufacturers if your product is approved as manufacturing fault.
If manufacturers decide your product is NOT manufacturing fault, please do not get mad at our customer support. This is manufacturer decision and beyond our control. Manufacturer may offer repair service depending on the condition of your product. We will communicate with you for this service but in most cases they will charge you for service fees.
Basically, No cancellation and returns.
Please be aware that we do not accept requests to cancel an order once the purchase has been completed.
Should however special circumstances apply, a cancellation is possible and a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from your ordered items' value, the minimum fee being JPY1000. BanzaiHobby reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a cancellation request or not.
