[Product Features]
- The kit consists of a colored base plate (ground) + accessory kit + sticker to create a space that is perfect for Geotown.
- The park is designed to match the modern urban landscape, making it ideal not only for downtown areas but also for dioramas of emerging residential areas and tourist spots.

- Full-size park and parking lot dimensions are 248 x 81 mm, which fits various Geotown road plates and <40-811 TV1 Unitram basic set>
- 3-part park, each base can be used independently as a site with smaller pocket parks, restrooms and underpass entrances
-The park is recreated with plants (grass material), and if you use optional trees, a space surrounded by a rich grove will appear in the layout.
