[Actual vehicle guide]
- Tobu Railway 2000 series is the first high-performance vehicle of Tobu Railway developed for the direct line of subway Hibiya line (present: Tokyo Metro) which was manufactured 160 pieces from 1961 to 1971. At the time of his debut, he was active in the 4-car formation and was operating two-tone colors of Royal Beige and International Orange. After that it became a 6-car formation, and in 1971 it became an 8-car formation. After that it became Sage Cream, and after finishing the role as direct use for the Hibiya Line until 1993, some organization was remodeled for Noda line (present: Tobu Urban Park Line) and was active as 2080 series.
