Description
-The Douglas DC-3 is a twin-propeller passenger plane developed by US aircraft manufacturer Douglas Aircraft (now Boeing).
-Also operated as a military carrier, it was called the C-47 SkyTrain.
-Upon entering the airline in August 1936, it quickly became the best-selling passenger aircraft of that time, and in 1939, the United States Army mass-produced it as a transport aircraft, and finally nearly 11,000 aircraft were produced.
-After the war, it was also used in Japan, and was adopted and used as the main aircraft of all Japan Airlines, which was formed by the merger of Japan Helicopter Transportation (Nippon Airlines) and Far East Airlines in 1958.
