Description

Developed as a successor to the F-4 as a large air superiority fighter, the F-15, which flew for the first time in the U.S. in 1972, has represented the United States Air Force for half a century since the Cold War. The Japan Air Self-Defense Force has also deployed domestically produced licensed versions of the F-15j as its main figure since December 1981. Starting in July 1984, it was mainly on alert duty for aircraft of unknown nationality that infringed on Japan's airspace. Fine Molds brings us a new kit of the JASDF jet fighter, following the F-4EJ and F-2A/B, reproducing its shape and details by thoroughly researching the actual aircraft. This kit also reproduces the iris cover installed with the intention of protecting the engine's variable nozzle and rectifying effect as an aircraft in the early stage of deployment. Decals are included for the 202nd Squadron (Miyazki Prefecture, Nyutabaru Base) and the 203rd Squadron (Hokkaido, Ā Chitose Base). Order yours today!
