-The 313 series is a suburban train for the Nagoya and Shizuoka areas that appeared in 1999.
-The 8000s that appeared in 1999 were mainly operated on the Chuo Line [Central Liner] in the Nagoya area based on a 3-car train.
-The body structure is almost the same as other 313 series, but the interior has been upgraded, and the exterior paint color has been renewed, making it a high-grade vehicle.
