[Actual vehicle guide]
-The GV-E400 series is a diesel car that started operation in 2019 to replace conventional vehicles such as the Kiha 40 series.
- The same type uses an electric type that drives a generator with a diesel engine and drives a motor with the electricity generated by the generator.
-The same line introduced in the Niigata area is [Niigata color] with yellow, pink, and red dots on the line, and is active on each line of the Niigata area's Uetsu Main Line, Shinetsu Main Line, Yonesaka Line, and Ban'etsu West Line.
