The Odakyu 10,000 Type HiSE is a front observation car type romance car following the 7,000 LSE car that appeared in 1987.
The passenger part except the observation area is a hidecker structure.
Since 1996, it comes with a 7,000 LSE, painted modified model since 1997, and a logo mark of the 3 and 9 with lily flowers.
In addition to the Odakyu Group brand mark since 2008, a brand mark has been added.
With the injection of a 50,000 VSE car, the model was retired by the regular operation in March 2012.
