I want to cancel my order. What is your cancellation policy?

Before Order Processing: If your order has not been processed (i.e., payment not yet captured), we can cancel it with no problem.

After Order Processing: Once your order has been confirmed and payment captured, it cannot be cancelled. We will try to help with solutions on a case-by-case basis, but if we agree to cancel after this point, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Pre-Orders: Cancelling a pre-order is subject to a 10% fee.

BanzaiMarket: Orders cannot be cancelled.

Banzai Thrifting: Orders cannot be cancelled.

Exceptional pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee (min. ¥1000) .
