We offer several reliable shipping options to suit your needs for speed and budget.

🚀 EMS (Express Mail Service)

• Delivery Time: 3-14 business days (estimate).

• Best For: Speed and reliability.

• Details: Our fastest and most secure option. Fully tracked and insured for losses up to JPY 20,000. You can purchase additional insurance at checkout for higher-value orders. We prioritize processing EMS orders daily (except Sundays & Mondays).

🚚 ePacket Light 

• Delivery Time: 1-4 weeks after shipment.

• Best For: Smaller, lower-value orders.

• Details: A more affordable airmail option. It includes limited tracking. No insurance is available. Size / weight restriction apply. Choose at your own risk as no insurance for damage / loss of your parcel.

🚢 Via Sea (Surface Mail)

• Delivery Time: 2-3 months+ (typically 4 weeks for East Asia, longer for other regions).

• Best For: Large, heavy, or non-urgent orders.

• Details: Our most economical choice, especially for bulky packages. Includes tracking and is insured up to JPY 20,000, with the option to upgrade insurance at checkout. Delivery is usually to your door.

📦 Express Courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) 

• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.

• Availability: Currently offered to the USA. 

• Details: A fast, door-to-door courier service. Fully tracked and insured up to JPY 20,000, with optional insurance upgrades. For USA customers, we offer Duty Paid options.

🚚 AIR Registered (Small Packet) >> Discontinued as of 28th DEC 2025

• Delivery Time: 1-4 weeks after shipment.

• Best For: Smaller, lower-value orders.

• Details: A more affordable airmail option. It includes limited tracking and insurance up to JPY 6,000. Please note: Additional insurance is not available for this method. It has strict size/weight limits, so it may not be available for all items. We do not recommend it for high-value purchases.

Important Notes

• Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment if your items are back ordered. 

• Delivery Estimates: All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Final delivery depends on destination country customs processing and local postal services. Delays can occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

• Shipping Insurance Upgrade: For EMS, Express Courier, and Via Sea shipments, you can upgrade the insurance coverage (which defaults to JPY 20,000) at checkout if your order value exceeds this amount.

• Insurance Coverage: Shipping insurance covers loss or damage during transit only. It does not cover delays, porch theft, or damage after successful delivery.
