As the New Year approaches, we’d like to inform you about our upcoming closure during the public holidays in Japan. Please take note of the following dates to plan your orders accordingly:
Closure Dates
Our office and operations will be closed from 28th December 2024 to 6th January 2025. Regular operations will resume on 7th January 2025.
Order Cut-Off Dates
To ensure timely processing before the holiday break, please place your orders before the following cut-off times:

Back-Ordered Items:
Orders must be placed by 8:00 AM (JST), 25th December 2024. Back-ordered items received after this time will be placed on order starting 6th January 2025. Please note that back-ordered items will not arrive until 10th January 2025 onwards. Additionally, depending on supplier and manufacturer holiday schedules, this may cause further delays. -
All Other Orders:
Orders must be placed by 8:00 AM (JST), 27th December 2024. Any orders received after this time will also be processed after 6th January 2025.
