Suspension of Shipments to the Middle East
Effective immediately, Japan Post is temporarily unable to accept or ship items to the following countries:
United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon.
If you placed an order is destined for one of these countries, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps.
Delays for Shipments to Affected Regions
Shipments to the following countries and regions are experiencing significant delays due to severe congestion on air and sea mail routes caused by the situation in the Middle East:

Selected European countries: Ireland, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece, Croatia, Georgia, Czech Republic, Norway, Hungary, Bulgaria, and others
If your parcel is returned to us due to these disruptions:

If you originally selected EMS (Express Mail Service), we will reship your order via FedEx at no additional cost to you as a goodwill gesture.

If you originally selected Surface Mail (Sea) or Airmail and prefer a faster shipping option, we can reship your order via FedEx instead if you pay the price difference.

We can also hold your package at no cost until the service returns to normal.

If you prefer, you may cancel your order at no cost to you and receive a full refund.
