Place an order with us, and our team will purchase the items on your behalf from licensed second-hand dealers in Japan. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to ship your order.
Although our system is connected in real time, the second-hand shops also sell products in their physical stores. If an item goes out of stock before we can confirm your order, don't worry—we won't charge your card. We only take a payment authorization, and you'll only be charged once your order is confirmed.
We source all products from officially licensed second-hand dealers in Japan. That means we can guarantee the authenticity of every item. In the unlikely event that an authenticity issue arises, we don't just leave you on your own. We will step in as the intermediary, work directly with the shop to verify the product, and help resolve the problem fairly on your behalf.
