The Macross series has captured the hearts of fans worldwide since its inception in 1982. This YF-19 plastic model kit from Macross Plus offers enthusiasts a chance to assemble a large-scale replica, measuring 15.4 inches (390 mm) in length and 12.2 inches (310 mm) in width.
This model kit features a manageable number of parts, allowing for quicker assembly and an easy application of paint. The main wings can be displayed in either normal or high-speed modes. Additional details include a movable head beam gun and vector nozzle. The cockpit is customizable, offering both single-seat and dual-seat configurations.
The kit includes a seated pilot figure and an open/close canopy feature. The package illustration was created by Hideki Tenjin. It also comes with decals representing the YF-19 Next Generation All-Area Fighter from the Integrated Space Force, piloted by Isamu Dyson.
