The next "Tamotu" is the "S" type! The stylish and cute robot "TAMOTU" has evolved into the "TAMOTU Type-S," designed for both defense and aesthetics.
In the world of Marutoys, the original robot was created by the upcoming modeler MiZ (Koki Mizuno). As a new item in the "TAMOTU" collaboration between Kotobukiya and Martis, this upgraded "TAMOTU Type-S" is now available as a plastic model.

The "TAMOTU Type-S" upgrades the original "TAMOTU" into a security robot. Armor has been added to the front and sides, and the head is equipped with an additional sensor unit. The back features a "drone" and a "paint bullet injector," which can connect to two "drone" machines, allowing it to navigate facilities. The "Paint Bullet Injector" shoots high-viscosity paint bullets, which can obscure the camera's view or hinder the movement of an opponent by targeting their joints.
Product Specifications:
■ Full action model with 26 movable joints throughout the entire body.
- You can transform it from "Normal Mode" for driving to "Work Mode" for enhanced functionality with the back and legs.
■ The interior frame of the "TAMOTU" main unit is fully completed, and the outer part can be removed.
■ Two removable "paint bullet injectors" are located on the back. These can be used with plastic models from series such as Frame Arms Girl, Megami Device, and Megaro Maria.
- The "drone" can switch from standby mode to flight mode. It can be displayed using the "New Flying Base" (sold separately) or the "Hexa Gear Mini Flying Base" (various sold separately).
■ The "drone" can also be equipped with the "paint bullet injector."
- Equipped with 0.1 inch (3 mm) diameter joints (holes).
■ The kit is molded in three colors: white, gray, and colorless clear. You can achieve a color scheme similar to the setting even without painting. (Note: The release "TAMOTU Type-S [Green Version]" (Kotobukiya Shop Limited) features a different mold color.)

■ You can freely customize the "TAMOTU Type-S" using the 0.1 inch (3 mm) diameter joints throughout the body, allowing integration with optional parts. It can easily share the world view with NON-scale "Frame Arms Girl" and 1/24 scale "Hexa Gear" models without focusing solely on the 1/12 scale.
