We provide authentic Japanese Products from Japan. We do not sell any copied products, and we are proud to sell Japese branded products to the world, directly from Japan to you.

Payment:
We currently provide payment via ShopPay and we accept major credit cards.
All orders are processed in JPY. While the content of your cart may displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using JPY at the most current exchange rate.
Exchange Rate is determined by your credit card company / bank.
Shipping:
We offer 3 different shipping option, EMS, Air (Small Packet) and Via Sea option.

Handling Time:
We aim to process your order within 48hrs (exclude weekends and public holiday in Japan) and ship your order within 72hrs.
However, we may need to back order / source products from our suppliers. As we are based in Japan and in order to offer wide variety of products to you, we often rely on our suppliers / manufacturers stock. We can usually source and ship your products within 3-5 working days. If we cannot source the products, we will notify you via email. (You can decide to cancel your order, ship in stock items or add replacement products).
Import Fees:
As we ship your order directly from Japan, you will become an importer and there is a chance, you may have to pay import fees for your order (Unless, you live in USA or Hong Kong, no Tax for Toy / Hobby Products).
It will totally depends on your country and your order amount etc.
