Important Update for US Customers: New Shipping & Tariff Policy

Hello US Customers,

As you may know, new US import rules started on August 29, 2025. These rules mean that all packages from Japan are now subject to customs duties and taxes. The previous exemption for low-value items (under $800) no longer applies.

To ensure your orders arrive smoothly and without any surprise fees, we have made two important changes:

1. New Shipping Method: "US Express with Duties Paid"
We now ship all orders to the US via reliable express couriers like FedEx or DHL.

2. All-Inclusive Pricing at Checkout
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. It includes:

• Express Shipping (3-7 business day delivery)

• All Estimated Import Duties & Taxes

• Customs Clearance Fees

This means the courier handles all the paperwork and pays the fees on your behalf. You simply place your order and wait for your package—with no hidden bills later.

Why did we make this change?
The standard Japan Post mail service to the US is currently suspended, and its new customs process is unclear, which could cause significant delays. Our new method is the most reliable way to get your order to you quickly and worry-free.

Due to this change, we now only accept payment in US Dollars (USD) for all US orders.

Tips to Save on Your Order:

• Combine Items into One Order: Instead of placing multiple small orders, combining items into a single shipment under $800 can help reduce overall shipping and customs clearance fees.

• Stick to Made-in-Japan Products: Please be aware that products made in China may be subject to much higher import tariffs.
