- In March 2020, Fujikyu Bus introduced Yamanashi Prefecture's first electric bus (a large non-step bus manufactured by BYD).
- It is an eco-friendly vehicle that emits zero CO2 and runs by running the motor with electricity from a charged storage battery.
-In the event of a disaster, the electric bus can be used as a mobile storage battery for lighting LED lights and charging smartphones, as well as securing rest areas, etc., and also has a mission to help people living in the surrounding area and tourists.
- In order to make it easy to see that the design is an eco-friendly [electric bus], the [EV-BUS] logo is eye-catching on the bus in the shape of an outlet, and the branches extending from the logo connect to the greenery of Mt. Fuji. It expresses consideration for the natural environment and determination to continue to protect the nature of Mt. Fuji, a World Heritage Site.
