■ How to balance
Put a commercially available balance weight on the inside of the wheel to balance it. Adjust so that when the wheel stops rotating, the place where it comes to the bottom always changes. (If the same place always comes to the bottom, that place is heavy, so attach weights diagonally to adjust.)
