Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes, we do accept pre-orders for upcoming releases.

• Payment: Your card is charged at the time we confirm the pre-order.

• Cancellation: Cancelling a pre-order item is subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the item's price.

• Please Note: PRE-ORDER.

  • Your order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item arrives in stock. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

  • About Stock Arrival: Some pre-order items are limited in quantity or may have reduced production by the manufacturer. Because of this, we might not receive the full amount we ordered. If this happens, we'll ship items in the order pre-orders were placed (first-come, first-served basis). If your order isn't fulfilled in the first shipment, it will automatically move to the next batch.

  • Important Notes: For some limited items or items with no restock plans, we may have to cancel your order. Even if you pre-order early, we can't guarantee your item will ship in the first batch.

  • About Release Dates: Release dates or periods (if announced by the manufacturer) are shown on the product page. However, release dates may be delayed due to the manufacturer's circumstances. Please treat release dates as estimates only.
