If you selected EMS, ePacket, or the Via Sea option, your national post office/carrier is in charge of clearing customs as well as final delivery. You can generally track your package on your national post office's website as well.
-
If you are unsure who your national carrier is or want a convenient way to track your parcel once it has left Japan, we recommend using a universal tracking site like 17track.net. It will automatically detect the carrier in your country and show you the latest tracking information.
-
If your order has arrived in your country and you are having problems, please contact the national post office/carrier directly for a faster resolution. If you are still not sure, please contact us.
