Who is in charge of delivering my package in my country?

If you selected EMS, ePacket, or the Via Sea option, your national post office/carrier is in charge of clearing customs as well as final delivery. You can generally track your package on your national post office's website as well.

  1. If you are unsure who your national carrier is or want a convenient way to track your parcel once it has left Japan, we recommend using a universal tracking site like 17track.net. It will automatically detect the carrier in your country and show you the latest tracking information.

  2. If your order has arrived in your country and you are having problems, please contact the national post office/carrier directly for a faster resolution. If you are still not sure, please contact us.
