We've just received an official notice from ReveD regarding a price revision for their hugely popular RDX Chassis Kit and related parts. We wanted to share the details with you as soon as possible—because this affects your wallet, and we want you to have the chance to act before prices go up.

What's Changing?

Starting from the October 2026 production batch, the RDX Chassis Kit will see a price increase to:

JPY ¥38,280 (RRP JPN)

That's right—the RDX, which has kept its original price since its 2022 release, is finally getting a price adjustment.

Why Is This Happening?

ReveD has explained that the main reasons are:

Exchange rates – Key materials are purchased in USD, and with the yen currently weakening hovering around ¥164 to the dollar, procurement costs have skyrocketed.
Rising manufacturing costs – Global raw material prices, shipping fees, and labour costs have all gone up, partly due to Middle East instability and higher oil prices.

Despite ReveD's best efforts to absorb these costs internally, they've now reached a point where a price revision is unavoidable.

What About Related Parts?

Yes—RDX-related parts will also see price increases, as current inventory runs out. The timing will vary by product, but once old stock is gone, the new prices will apply.

Important: Product Codes & Barcodes Are Changing Too

To avoid confusion, ReveD is also updating the product codes and barcodes on all affected items. This means you may see new labels on the shelves and online listings going forward.

The September production batch (still at the old price) is already completely sold out at the manufacturer level. That means all new orders from now on will be fulfilled from the October batch—at the new, higher price.
