The following terms and conditions govern the use of Banzai Hobby website including shopping and participation in reviews / forums. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.

Purchasing from Banzai Hobby

Banzaihobby.com gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using the secure online paypal credit card service with your Credit Cards. This is a secure service which uses the paypal server, so none of your credit card information is collected or stored by Banzai Hobby.

Out of stock items

While we have tried to ensure the content on Banzaihobby.com and our database for our stock numbers are current, we do not guarantee such content will be current, accurate or complete when you access it.

In order for us to supply you with lowest price possible, we try not to carry stock too heavily and because of our location, our warehouse is located in Japan, we can back order in reasonable time.

When you go through the check out system, you will be asked to choose three options in case we do not have your requested item/s in stock. If some of your product you have ordered is out of stock, we will process our order immediately according to your option and you will be informed as soon as we can.

We may change the content described on this Site at any time without prior notice.

Retail Price

Retail price varies between country by country. Retail price shown at banzaihobby.com is based on Japanese market retail price and as we export products, Retail Price does not include Japanese GST which is 8%.

Authorization / Payment / Currency

Our base currency is JPY / Japanese Yen and we only accept payment via Japanese Yen.

We do not charge the payment at the time of check out, we only take authorization from your credit card / paypal account. We only charge the JPY amount at the time of dispatch. Your local currency amount will be likely to differ at the time of authorization and when we charge your credit card / paypal account due to exchange rate.

For your convenience, you can select from most relevant currencies to you. However, please note that the currencies other than Japanese Yen shown on the BanzaiHobby.com are approximate measures only, so the price shown on the website and final checkout price will differ in your local currency. Final price is determined by Paypal exchange rate or your credit card company.

Manufacturers Faults

If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products and we will further investigate the matter. If we find that the item does have a manufacturing fault, then we will provide the replacement / missing parts or credit on Banzai Hobby.

Damaged Goods / Missing Items

If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to EMS. You will receive refunds / compensation through EMS as all the products sent using EMS are covered by insurance. Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with EMS, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through EMS. This does NOT apply to Air (Small Packet) without tracking numbers (currently USA, Canada, Australia) No refund or compensation will given to customer who chose Air (Small Packet) for Damaged Goods or Missing Items. With Air (Small Packet) registered, please note insurance is up to JPY6000 or up to invoice amount.

Importing products from Japan

If you purchase products from Banzaihobby.com, you are responsible for all the custom procedures and import duties when your order arrives in your country. Importing procedures and custom duties varies from country to country. For further information, please check with your local Customs. Banzaihobby.com shall not be held liable for any importing procedures.

Product Pictures

Every effort has been made to portray the photo of our products that appear on Banzaihobby.com as accurately as possible. Please note most of our product photos show assembled and painted versions of the product even though we are selling unassembled, unpainted products.

We cannot accept any claims regarding to this matter as assembling and painting is customer's responsibility.
