Released in 2018 to commemorate the 35th anniversary of G-SHOCK, this model revives a past masterpiece with the theme of "returning to the origin" to look back at its roots. The DW-5900C was an early G-SHOCK digital basic model that featured three innovative digital graphics compared to conventional LCD models. It was first released overseas, gained global popularity, and later became a hit in Japan via re-import. We have faithfully reproduced the design from the time of its release, down to the color of the dial markings. In addition to basic specs like a stopwatch and timer, it features practical functions such as an EL backlight.
