[Product introduction]
- The lineup of electric locomotives <EF210> <EF510> will be newly added to the sound card.
- The EF210 is a DC electric locomotive that appeared in 1996 as a successor to the EF65/EF66 (or EF67) for towing freight trains.
-As of 2022, it has expanded its power to more than 130 cars, and is active in a wide range of prefectures, including Shimonoseki and Matsuyama in the west, and Kanto prefectures in the east, centered on the Tokaido and Sanyo main lines.
- The EF510 is an AC/DC dual-purpose electric locomotive that appeared in 2004.
- Taking over the freight train traction of the Japan Sea traversing line that EF81 has been responsible for since the JNR era, it is operated extensively from Aomori in the north, Okayama in the west, and Nagoya area in addition.
-The 500 series introduced in JR East led the Uenoguchi sleeper limited express, etc., and the introduction of the 300 series for replacement in the Kyushu area is also underway.
