The EF210-300 was introduced in 2012 as a replacement for the EF65 and 66 models, as well as a replacement for the Seno-Yahonmatsu gradient section, where the EF67 was previously used.
Since 2019, the "Momotaro" character has been added to the side of the car body, and it is active in a wide range of areas from Kanto ~ Kansai.

A power trolley with rubber tires is adopted.
The taillights are not on.
The "ECO-POWER Momotaro" logo and Momotaro character have been printed.
The license plate comes with a separate part "EF210-340, 343, 345, 347".
Radio antenna whistle installed.
