If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or because it was refused, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

To resend the order, a new shipping fee will apply. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

If you would like to cancel the order instead, we will issue a refund for the products minus a 10% restocking fee.
*For orders sent via Sea, we will be charged with return shipping cost.
In this case, return shipping cost will be charged (if resend) or deducted (if order canceled).
