- The Nagoya Municipal Subway Higashiyama Line is a third-rail system subway line with a partial aboveground section of about 20.6 km connecting Takahata Station and Fujigaoka Station. Nagoya's first subway, which opened in 1957, plays an active role as the main transportation artery in the city. The 100-type car has supported the Higashiyama Line for nearly 30 years from its opening in 1957 until its retirement in 1988, and was nicknamed "Yellow Den".
- This product has been commercialized car No. 107, which reproduces the decoration given at the time of retirement in 1985.
