Introducing a new steering wiper that leads Ackermann setting to a new area! !

 

The newly developed [triple link system] made it possible to adjust the trajectory of the link part, which was difficult to change in the past, making it possible to set the process of changing the Ackermann ratio until reaching the maximum angle.

 

・The steering link, which was conventionally one piece, is divided into left and right parts, and is controlled by a control link.

Uses a link system.

 

・The length of the control link can be adjusted in 3 stages. This makes it possible to change the trajectory of the tie rod without changing the positional relationship of the tie rod in neutral.

Set the mounting position of the wiper with left to 3 places.

The movement of the base link can be set in 3 stages.

 

・A total of 11 ball bearings ensure smooth movement with little backlash.

 

・The steering wiper base is tilted forward by 5 degrees to minimize bump steer changes during steering.

 

Note 1. Some hole positions cannot be used when used in combination with a normal resin bulkhead.

Note 2. 0D2663-5 cannot be used for aluminum front bulkhead Type-2.

Note 3. Recommended to use with 0D3438-40 Aluminum Front Bulkhead Type-3 (For GALM Series).

Note 4. There may be interference depending on the mounting height of the suspension mount used on the front rear side.
